Is there a minimum donation?
Yes, the minimum donation amount is $5.
How do I make a gift?
Go to givingday.spu.edu anytime on April 2 to make your gift! Pick the campaign you'd like to support and select the 'Make a Gift' button.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes, gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. When you give, you will receive an emailed receipt for tax purposes. If your gift qualifies for an Athletics incentive, you will receive an updated receipt. Please visit spu.edu/ncaa-boosters for information on Athletics gifts and incentives.
Can I make a recurring gift?
Yes! If you would like to make a recurring gift, please visit our main giving page. Once you enter your gift amount and 'add to cart' you can select 'recurring gift' as the gift type and then type 'Giving Day' into the comments field before finalizing your gift.
What does my gift support?
You can support the SPU Giving Day campaign of your choice. Visit the main page to see the different options. Gifts of every size make a lasting and impactful difference in the lives of our students.
What to do if I don't see the fund I want to give to?
Under 'fund designation', select 'other' and enter the fund where you would like your gift to be designated. We can also assist you by phone at 206-281-2237.
Can I make my gift by mail or over the phone?
Yes! You can mail a check to the address below and write 'Giving Day' on the memo line, or call us at 206-281-2237.
